UV high glossy panel it is a kind of new material for kitchen cabinet door and  clothes cabinet door,folding screen and home interiors for bedroom,living room,bathroom.It is made of MDF,then painted Ultraviolet curing paint which is environmental friendly,high glossy,durable,water resistant and scratch resistant,acid and alkali resistant.

Different from PU, PE and NC named after film-forming substance, the UV paint is named after paint curing method. It is automatically roll coated and flow coated to the cupboard door boards through the equipment. The ultraviolet (wavelength 320-390nm) impels the initiator decomposition and produces free radical, causes resin reaction and forms the cured film instantly.
